His academic career was ignited by his passion to continue to pursue higher education. Upon receiving his Bachelors degree, Henry attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and earned his Juris Doctor (JD). Henry ventured deeper into the real estate industry by then going back to school and completing his Masters of Laws (LLM) in Real Estate from the John Marshall Law School. Having developed an understanding of the legal hurdles involved in commercial real estate transactions, Henry chose to learn more about the finance and business side of commercial real estate transactions. Henry went on to earn a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
His extensive education and skills in contract negotiation, finance, and business management give him a unique insight into how to assist clients and negotiate the best deals. Jeremy Rafidia is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the state of IL. Jeremy works with The Capital Group at KW Commercial and consults clients on industrial and retail properties. Jeremy focuses on value-add properties that provide investors an opportunity to increase their returns and build long term sustainable income.
Jeremy’s academic career began at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he received his bachelor’s degree in Finance. While in college, Jeremy served as a board member for both business and entrepreneur groups. Upon graduating, Jeremy joined a highly reputable firm providing insurance benefits to ultra-high net worth clientele. Knowing that his passion was in commercial real estate, Jeremy left the insurance business and began his journey to help clients in the real estate industry.
Jeremy took his expertise to the commercial real estate industry where he began to work directly with commercial real estate investors. Jeremy has helped open, operate, and sell multiple businesses in the hospitality and retail space and has directly managed over 300,000 square feet of commercial property. Jeremy understands first-hand the many issues that investors and property owners face. His experience in construction, management, finance, and sales give him a unique perspective on how to assist clients.
Aside from helping investors achieve their portfolio goals, Jeremy has a wide range of interests. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, traveling, and Chicago sports. On a nice day off in the summer, you can find him on the golf course or in the bleachers at a Cubs game.
Peter Cotsirilos is an entrepreneur, long time real estate investor and highly regarded representative of third party property buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Peter’s ability to maximize under performing real estate assets is rooted in his experience as the founding principal of a high-volume, independent supermarket chain, his own real estate investing activities, and his working on behalf of third parties seeking real estate solutions to complex challenges.
During his career Peter successfully built, owned and managed a high-volume supermarket for 25 years that at one time was the fourth highest volume store in a 700 store cooperative.
Al Coulolias' nearly 30 years of experience as a business owner – in addition to his knowledge of commercial real estate – makes him an excellent resource on sales and negotiations for his KW Commercial clients.
Al spent the bulk of his business career founding a telecommunications corporation, which ranked in Money Magazine’s “Top 500 Fastest-Growing Companies” . After selling his firm to a Fortune 500 company, Al turned his attention to commercial real estate, this allowed Al to hone his skills in property management and leasing, plus a number of aspects of real estate investment.
At KW Commercial , he successfully represents buyers and sellers in all facets of a real estate transaction.
Bill Kanatas began his real estate career as an investor in 1994. Over the next 16 years, Bill focused his career developing residential communities and commercial properties. During that time he developed and co-owned over $50M worth of properties.
In 2010 Bill got his Brokerage License and joined Al Coulolias and Peter Cotsirilos at National Realty Network. There he used his skills and experience as a developer / owner to help clients in selecting and negotiating their real estate transactions.
Today Bill brings those skills to the Capital Group of KW Commercial where he shares his passion for real estate with his colleagues and clients.

A native of the western suburbs of Chicago, Nick kicked off his career as an entrepreneur, managing a large, independent, upscale dining and banquet facility. He spent the next 10 years at a boutique Investment Management firm in Chicago managing the trade execution of large private placement investments.
Concurrently over the last 15+ years, he has also managed and co-owned both residential and commercial property. Nick holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago. He speaks fluent Greek and conversational Spanish as well. Today, Nick brings his strong work ethic, extensive business acumen and technical/analytical skills to KW Commercial and its clients.
